India vs. South Africa Second Test Match, Day 2: It is rare to see when AB de Villiers goes out for a duck and Sir Jadeja was the lucky one to dismiss him. Yes, it’s the miraculous 1st session of Day 2 when 8 wickets of South Africa fell like it was a stormy tornado in the ocean and demolished everything. R Ashwin was the top spinner who scared the way with his turns on the pitch and grabbed 5 wickets. The Spinners again did the most wonderful job in the test match making Indians at the driver’s seat.
Duminy, with top scorer of 35, tried to make reach the team at 150 runs but it was him alone who had to be in the non-striker and see the wickets falling on the other side. This session is going to be the nightmare session and credit goes to Indian spinners. For the first time in the SA top-order, the top batsman couldn’t reach the 2-digit score. Yes, it was a horrible and frightening scoreboard when wickets seem to fall and crowd seemed to see the highlights of the whole day match.
Unbelievably, in this series, the pace bowlers have nothing to do as Ishant Sharma just bowled 2 overs and as usual like first test match, the 3 spinners just did their perfect performance. Amit Mishra came when it was almost all over of the South African team.
Indians are trying to bat long and score with the good 2nd innings score and give the guest the target that they can’t reach to & Virat Kohli would acclaim the title which was the dream for almost all the Indian Captains.
